What this site collects

LookupCare does not currently offer a sign-up form, private workspace, or provider-contact workflow on this site. Please do not submit health information or other sensitive family details through external links or informal channels.

The hosting service records limited technical request information, including IP address, browser user agent, referring URL, requested public path, response status, and timing. A referring URL sent by a browser can include a path or query information from the referring site. LookupCare uses these access logs for security, reliability, troubleshooting, aggregate visitor estimates, and understanding whether public educational pages are being discovered.

LookupCare does not store query strings requested from LookupCare, cookies, form submissions, account activity, or care-recipient details in these access logs. Raw current log objects are scheduled to expire after 60 days; versioned copies are scheduled for deletion within seven additional days, and lifecycle processing may be asynchronous. LookupCare does not use this pre-launch site to sell family information or trigger provider contact.

Some guides link to government or regulatory websites. Their privacy practices and content are controlled by those organizations. Review the destination before sharing information there.

Changes as LookupCare develops

If LookupCare later introduces accounts, forms, client-side analytics, advertising tracking, updates, or other data collection, this notice will be revised before those features are enabled so families can understand the purpose and choices involved.
